This week Green Olive Head Chef, Valentine Lynam, imaparted some of his culinary knowledge at the reknowned Doonbeg Seafood Festival. Val demonstrated how to prepare and cook two seafood dishes; Fillet of Atlantic Cod with Clams and Mussels in a curried cream & Sea Trout Gravlax. Both dishes are delicious and easy to prepare.We also catered for a family celebrating a christening this week. They were seafood lovers also so Green Olive Galway Caterers provided a seafood buffet to remember ( see picture)We served fresh Langoustines, Fresh Cod, Atlantic Salmon, Mussels, Clams, smokes Fish to name but a few!If you are a seafood lover and need catering in Galway, you know where to come!
