Green Olive are just recovering from a very busy nine days catering at the Volvo Ocean Race Finale in Galway and we are recharging our batteries for the Galway Arts Festival.  We have had lots of catering enquiries for summer BBQs, both corporate and private.  Lots of you are feeling optimistic about the weather in Galway and think BBQ is the way to go.
